About Evart Housing Commission

The Evart Housing Commission offers low income Public housing and the Section 8 voucher program. The Evart Housing Commision provides assistance based on 30% of annual income to families, seniors, and single adults. Our complex for our Public Housing apartments are located next to the Evart Elementary School, four blocks from the Evart Middle school, and walking distance to the Osceola County Fairgrounds, Daycares, all your shopping needs and the Muskegon River. We now have onsite security cameras and with the city's Neighborhood Watch Program it makes it a safe and friendly envirement for you to live.
